01.02.08 Notary Public: General Regulations Adopted
On January 12, 2024, the Division of State Documents announced the new Notary Public General Regulations will be in effect as proposed starting January 22, 2024. These updated regulations include changes to in-person and remote online notarial fees and the application fee for Notary Publics.
Notary Public Fees
On January 12, 2024, the following notarial act fees were adopted and are now a part of the regulations for Maryland Notary Publics to adhere to effective January 22, 2024.
